Hello, my name is Cameron Robinson and I am a passionate third-year Aero-Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Strathclyde. Throughout my academic journey, Ive delved into the captivating world of maths, and pushed myself to advanced higher in school and even further in university.Only having recently left school three years ago, I empathize with the struggles students face during exams. Being raised in Scotland, I possess an in-depth knowledge of the Scottish exam system, allowing me to provide important insights into effective exam techniques.

Hello, my name is Gregor Morris. I am 20 years old and I study Chemical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Throughout my school education I was always drawn towards the sciences, this passion stems from a love of problem solving and overcoming challenging academic topics. I believe this enhances my ability to tutor Maths and Chemistry as I have a deeper understanding of the subjects. This allows me to explain challenging topics in a variety of digestible ways rather than just reciting a method from memory. I achieved A* in maths and chemistry at Higher and Advanced Higher. Having left school in 2019, I still have a great grasp of the SQA curriculum allowing me to better help my students in achieving the best marks they can. I also understand the stress of exams being a student myself and I can provide students with an patient & empathetic learning environment in order to better master their chosen topics. I am excited to take on any students and provide them with great intuitive tuition from a friendly face.

Hello! My name is Alberto, I am a 21-year-old 5th year MSci student in Mathematics and Physics at the University of Glasgow. I have been tutoring individuals and small groups for three years and work part-time at the University of Glasgow since last summer, running tutorials for first- and second-year university students. I am very enthusiastic about the subjects I teach, and do my best to transmit the beauty of the ideas behind each topic by explaining how they play an important role in everyday life with examples students find interesting – I fully believe this makes it easier for all of us to learn, compared to memorising seemingly random concepts. Helping someone learn a topic they find challenging requires not only clear explanations, but pinpointing what it is a student finds confusing so we can tackle it with intuitive explanations tailored for each person. I am looking forward to working with students and helping them meet their goals in these subjects and see how practical and amazing matsh & physics can be.
